I had the pleasure of discovering 518 Farms at the German Christmas Market in Sussex, New Jersey this year. The owner had an amazing assortment of teas and coffees to sample. I tried all of the teas, and settled for just two types - although I really enjoyed all of them and will be replacing this Lemon Ginger when I finish it. This tea is very rich in flavor, the lemon is strong and the ginger subtle, but present. Highly recommend!! I add a spoonful of creamed honey to mine. Love it!
