Community-supported agriculture is a system that connects the producer and consumers within the food system more closely by allowing the consumer to subscribe to the harvest of a certain farm or group of farms.

Dear Capital Region and Surrounding Customers!

Our CSA will be set up on a 'you choose' basis. One to two days prior to the market you shop the list of available mushrooms that we send you. You pick your mix and we will have it ready for you at the market for pick up. No more worrying about if you will make it in time for your favorite mushrooms or what the selection will be!

We are so happy to have met so many mushroom enthusiasts and happy to announce that we have been excepted into the upcoming summer Kingston Farmers Market!
